Fortune Teller/Carnival

Information about the Fortune Teller/Carnival Area.

Each round the immune tribe, or immune individuals will get a ticket to go to the Carnival and see the Fortune Teller. Each round she will give away balloons which will somewhat resemble Horror Money in this game. Each round the number of balloons given will equal the numbered round it is. (i.e. for round 1 each person would get 1 balloon, and for round 10, each person would get 10 balloons.)

The players attending the Carnival will return after Tribal results have been posted. If we end up with more then two teams of sign ups ( a host can hope ) then it will be the first place winning team that will go to the Carnival and no one else.

Also in the Fortune Teller thread will be the treasure chest. See PennyWise Idol for more info on how the Chest works.

The Freddy Clue will cost 5 Balloons, The Jason clue will cost 7 Balloons. Multiple clues can be bought of the same clue but if the item is gone they will not have their Balloons refunded to them.

Other items may be added to the Fortune Teller at a later point. Possible ideas are an idol avoidance, an extra vote, and multiple other curses.

Idol Avoidance :



This item can be purchased in the Fortune Tellers Shop for 15 Balloons.
If this item is played then it will void all idols played at the current tribal council.

Curse :


This item will not be revealed until after purchased. In the players confessional they will receive the following message :

For Curse 1 : Dexter Curse :



Player I want you to look at all the other players you have done wrong in this game. Look at my kill room isnt it perfect? Luckily for you I have no proof you have killed in this nightmare yet. So instead if killing you, I will just have you miss the next challenge. But be careful of your game because one wrong step and you will be taking a trip on my boat in pieces.

For Curse 2 : Tilly Curse :



If you've bought this curse, then you're to pick someone in the cast (anyone) to USE this curse on. Once you've chosen you can NOT take it back. Also, if you tell/confess to ANYONE that you're responsible for this curse then it loses its power instantly. The player in which you use this on will NOT be told who cursed them.

If you're the unlucky player who has been cursed...then you've been cursed with a love obsession. <3 As a result you are NOT allowed to cast a vote against the player who gave you this curse to begin with. If you attempt to do so then your vote will be changed to a self vote. The only ways to break this curse is if the player who cursed you is eliminated from the game, the game itself reaches the Final 4...or if you manage to guess WHO cursed you.

The bad news (or worse rather) is that we're only giving you 2 times in this game in which you can give a SINGLE guess...and we're not telling you when that is until it's time.

Please Note: We will NOT confirm if your vote was turned into a self vote or not. Also, you will NOT be penalized (such as getting a strike in the game) for said self votes.

Extra Vote :


This item will cost 3 Balloons and is obviously an extra vote to be used at any tribal during the game, including to those on the jury deciding the winners fate.


Freddy Clue Envelope :

This Envelope with cost 5 Balloons to the Fortune Teller.



Jason Clue Envelope :

This item will cost 7 balloons to the Fortune Teller.



Clue Third Curse Envelope :



This Curse will cost 10 Balloons. When the player purchases this balloon they will be informed that they will get to open their envelope at merge.

Inside the envelope will be the prejury power. Whether the player who buys the envalope is voted out or not the envelope will come into play at merge. If the envelope is not bought by merge then no one will return.

In the PreJury area they have been warned that if they stay active they could return to the game. If they return they will return with one round of immunity. They will have to battle it out in a challenge which will eventually be posted below. It will be a challenge that the others have performed in the begging tasks of this game.

EDIT ** After discussing with Tilly she made great points about potentially more then one person returning. (number of envalopes bought equals the number of people who return) So to cover this we will grant those number of people back in and cure the player numbers with a good old fashion elimination challenge. The number of people who go home in the elimination challenge will be equal to the number of people who return. They will have to fight to avoid elimination like everyone else.
